Quality First

How we do it

QSI is how we operate our business and we demand it from anyone that works on our projects:

Quality   Quality is not an accident, it comes from having the skill and experience needed to perform a task. Quality is not achieved by using substandard materials, because they cost less or are more readily available. A great example of this, would be using galvanized hardware in a humid or saltwater environment, instead of stainless steel. You might save a few hundred dollars on a new house build, only to find out you have to repaint every year to hide the rust stains, once the galvanized coating fails (and it WILL).

Service    I have been asked many times in my career, to describe service in one word, the word I always return to is: communication. There is nothing worse than a customer not knowing what is going on, many companies have turned a successful model into a train wreck, because they did not keep the customer informed. Delays can and do happen, but not telling the customer that XYZ happened and it is going to cause a delay, is not acceptable and it won't happen here. We will keep you fully informed along the way...even if it is an unpleasant development.
